The excursion in Patti offers a unique cultural experience, beginning at the Roman Villa of Patti Marina — a 4th-century AD villa spanning 20,000 sq m with stunning polychrome mosaics. The visit also includes the Antiquarium with Byzantine artifacts; admission is €5 for a full ticket, €2.50 reduced for European citizens aged 18 to 24, and free for ages 0 to 18. All required tickets will be purchased outside the entrance to the Roman Villa by the tour operator.
Next, the historic center of Patti is explored, visiting the MACC — Museum of Contemporary Art and Ceramics — the narrow medieval alleyways, and the Norman Cathedral with the sarcophagus of Queen Adelasia. The Cathedral gallery houses a small museum. The tour concludes with the Museum of Ancient Patti Ceramics and other historic churches such as Sant’Ippolito, San Michele, and the related Porta.
