Departing from the historic center of Ribera, the route heads along dirt tracks after a short paved stretch. You cross the fords of the Magazzolo river, following the river between fields and trails, until you reach a pine and eucalyptus forest for a brief stop. Continuing, you arrive at the Diga Castello dam, which offers a breathtaking view over the valley, before returning to base entirely off-road.
