We begin with a visit to the Alcantara Gorges, one of Sicily’s most beautiful places, and the Byzantine Cuba, an early Christian chapel nestled among the vineyards.

We’ll then head toward the northern slopes of Etna, crossing expanses of vineyards to reach a carefully selected winery. Here, welcomed with an aperitif, you’ll enjoy a sensory journey guided by a sommelier, tasting six different wine varieties accompanied by local delicacies.

Finally, we’ll tour the cellars to discover the winemaking and aging processes, concluding with a relaxing stroll among the vineyards. The tour includes a guide in both Italian and English; no wines above 14% alcohol by volume will be served, and alcohol service is prohibited for guests under 18 years of age.
